The Richard West Assistive Technology Center (ATAC) envisions that the
state of New Jersey values all its’ constituents with diverse abilities to
be included in all that the Garden State has to offer and demonstrates this
through it actions by offering Assistive Technology (AT) so that they can
partake in all activities as fully as possible.

Oscar Family is a tablet and app designed specifically for individuals with
disabilities and older adults, aimed at enhancing independence,
communication, and reducing isolation. With its large buttons, one-touch
actions, and user-friendly interface, Oscar Family simplifies life for
everyone. Family members and caregivers can also utilize a free companion
app to communicate with their loved one, manage medications, set reminders,
customize the home screen, and control installed apps, among other features.
