*Hello everyone,*

*We are excited to share our upcoming edition of VLANJ VOICES" Educational
Speaker Series Presents "Manifesting for Your Dreams" with guest speaker,
Amy Long. Amy will speak on the idea of manifesting your dreams as a way
to help people set intentions and take action steps towards their
resolutions. Please be aware that the program will include a little
physical movement and meditation.*

*Amy Long is currently the head instructor of Rockville Centre Body & Brain
Yoga Tai Chi in New York. She has been teaching Brain Education wellness
and East Asian mind-body healing practices for the past 14 years as an
instructor, workshop trainer and personal coach. With a graduate degree
from Harvard Divinity School and a background in education, Amy has a
passion for teaching and empowering people and communities through
environmental education, mental health, and wellness. *

*VLANJ Voices Educational Speaker Series will provide you with information,
practical education, tools, and available resources to help you manage
tasks in your everyday life. VLANJ Voices will engage speakers with
expertise in a range of topics who bring knowledge, resources, useful tips,
and strategies around health, wellness, and vision loss. These speakers
bring new “voices” that also represent diverse backgrounds, approaches to
learning, and programs and opportunities available in our community. This
program is open to individuals experiencing vision loss and their friends
and family members.*
