up
on BARD. I am planning to suggest that our Washington Seminar delegation
members
read it so that we have a better understanding of the intricacies of
congress. I
thought I would mention it in case anyone else wants to use it as a
resource. It
might be especially good with new members to our delegations. Although I
have to
admit that some of our veterans might benefit as well.<o:p></o:p></P>
