Governor Phil Murphy has proclaimed 6/27 - 7/3 as 2021 Helen Keller Deaf Blind Awareness Week here in NJ. The proclamation was issued in response to the request of the Deaf-Blind Community Access Network of NJ (DBCANNJ) and the Deaf-Blind League of NJ (DBLNJ)
with the support of CBVI and 16 other organizations. <br>

The film is about the life changing connection between a homeless teen and a deaf-blind man. An accessible version of the film was shown by DBCANNJ on 6/18. </div>
