Seminar Attendees,

The following will be the menu for this weekend.  If you would like the vegetarian option for any of the meals, please let me know.  Otherwise, I will plan for the standard choice.

Saturday lunch:
Turkey croissant sandwich, and Minestrone soup.  Egg salad is the veggie sandwich option, the soup is veggie.

Dinner: 
Rosemary Lemon Chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, vegetable, and a roll. Vegetarian option is a Lightly grilled Swaii fish filet with dill.

Sunday lunch: 
Grilled Pastrami, Turkey,  or Reuben sandwich, potato salad and cole slaw. Vegetarian option is a Tuna melt.

If you would prefer the vegetarian option, even if you are not a vegetarian, please let me know so I can plan to have it available.  Email me at President at nfb-oregon.org
