There is a hearing this evening at 5:30 for HB 3246.  This bill would
establish rules that would allow Uber and Lyft to operate all over the
state.  If you cannot be at the hearing, please submit written testimony.
The bill is in the Business and Labor Committee.   The chair is
Representative Holley from Eugene.  The email address for the committee is:
