[NFBO-Linn-benton] The set-up time options, date for next Dark Cafe

Hi all,
Finally back in the saddle- I know that this is just email and not a horse, but I thought that I'd say it anyway.  I aggree with Lori that setting up on a week night is difficult for me, what about- setting up the Saturday or Sunday before?
The date of the Dark Cafe event is immaterial to me- just let me know what works for everyone else?

  Yes, We would all be working or in school during the day. I guess we could set up the night before. Last time, Set-up took a few hours with many of us pitching in. Not sure how realistic it is to get off work Thursday, spend hours setting up, work all day Friday and then feel perky Friday night.  That probably wouldn't affect many of my friends because most either did set up or attended the event to help (didn't do both).

  Oct 7 or Nov 4 were available with the caterer, but 11/4 is bad for me - Gardners, what was 10/7 like for you or the football schedule?

  Also, Lori, if we do it on 10/20, would the problem be that your friends would not be available during the day for set up?  Could we set up the night before if we have to go with 10/20?

  May be very difficult to get it set up on that Friday. all of my volunteer friends and I work. (Jazzy in school, etc.)
