Hi Natalie,
I think the overall idea is for people to be able to get a feel for what we
do as a Chapter if they click through to the FB page. If pics from the Dark
Cafes could help with that, please let Carolyn know. Carolyn, could you
pick one or two pics that might work for Kirk to put on the Affiliate
website along with our Chapter info?
We will have hand sanitizers through the County, too. You can even get a
face shield or gloves. We need to give the County an updated count of
materials we want to reserve now. The masks can be used for up to 5 days.
There are simple masks for children also, which based on the County
description, are more like the paper masks. Could each of you give feed
back as to what supplies you individually might want so I can make an
estimate for what we should reserve? Dial A Bus is going to give us a
separate count, so your count should only reflect what you individually
need.
The County envisions future give aways as more supplies come in, so our
campaign is not time limited. We can take the time to ramp up, even though
other organizations are doing a big distribution this coming weekend.

I thought the pics were for the mask promo thing, not for the facebook site,
but I could be confused.

Sorry all. I was swamped with other activities today. I have lots of
pictures from the second Dark Café because Susannah was the photographer.
The ones from the first one werent so good. I may have a few pictures from
the activity at the church. I dont think I have any from the park. I
think it would be a good idea for go through the pictures and select a few
for Natalie to put on our Facebook page. How many do you want Natalie?

Hi All,
Sally, our most awesome Chapter Secretary, put the below notes together from
our planning session yesterday. Please take a look at them to make sure
were all on the same page.
In addition, Sally and I talked a little after our meeting ended last night.
She had a great point that putting the donation option on the registration
page may detract from us presenting this as a community service project.
How would yall feel about having a different button system maybe have a
button on the registration page that says learn more about NFB activities
and benefits which could then link to a second page that highlights our
recent activities and has a donate button at that point?.
Finally, does any body have pictures to share? I never think about social
media when our events are happening
