Sally, good work on the very thorough minutes. There is a mistake in the treasurer’s report though. I remember looking hastily at the balance sheet before the meeting, and it was apparently too hasty. Let me correct that report.
November Report:
The balance at beginning of October was $3,109.13, but there were significant expenses in October due to the state convention, and the balance at end of October was $2,397.14. [That is quite a bit different from the $3,119.13 I reported at the meeting. Sorry!!! My fault for being hasty.]
If there had been a meeting in December, the report would have been:
We received $10 in dues in October that was not deposited until November, so the balance at end of November was $2,407.14.

The report for January:
We received a $50 donation from Jenny Wold (who may drop by our party to say hello on Sunday), so the balance at end of December was $2,457.14.

Sorry about my mistake. We look forward to seeing you all at the party on Sunday.
