Do you have a reliable way to record or take notes during the Zoom call, or do you need me to record and figure out how to get it to you?  I have that turned off in my settings due to confidentiality requirements right now.

Hello all. I append the Treasurer’s report for both the April and May meetings below. Sorry to be tardy (again). Sally reminded me about the report several weeks ago and I told her I was struggling with accessing the account records on the OS Credit Union site. Well I got a lot of activity going there to improve accessibility. In the meantime they did point out that I could get the statements by tabbing only about 50 times. I now have them, and the report is below. I accidentally overpaid the state last year, so Kirk needs to tlel me how much of our dues is to go to him. We currently have 12 paid-up members. See you on Monday.

Treasurer Report for April 2020 meeting

as of March 1, balance in treasury was $2,545.14
March 3 - Deposited $15 for dues from Sally, Arona, Kristen
No further activity in March
Balance on April 1 $2,469.14
No activity in April prior to meeting.


Treasurer Report for May, 2020 meeting
Balance in account on April 1 was $2,469.14
No activity in April
Balance in account on May 1 was $2,469.14
May 19, deposited $35 for dues for Alex and Lynne Brown, Carolyn and John Gardner, June Hatcher, Avery Ingram, and Natalie Charbonneau that had been colected between January and March meetings. Sorry I forgot all about these.
Balance at time of May 25 meeting is $2,504.14.
