Hi All,

 

Below is the link for the site I used to break into eligibility.  It makes
you set up an account.  It eventually told me I was eligible and I am now on
the waiting list in Benton County.  I did have to answer questions for
Benton County again, too.  I did this with a live reader - I do not know how
accessible this will be.
