[NFBO-Linn-benton] link for dues again

Kristen,
I have tried several times to pay with my credit card, but it just tells 
me there's been an error. So I hit the PayPal button, and got in. 
However, I don't use PayPal, partly for political reasons. Can I mail a 
check, and if so, where?
