Well, it turns out I didn't actually have to fill it out either. But I'm
glad I did.. At least we know it's doable.

. One of the suggestions I made is to clarify which of the choices are
absolutely necessary in completing the signature process, and which are
optional. And also that when a prompt says "sign in" and "edit", what you
type in actually is what it should be, where it should be..  Anyway, I'm set
until 2024, and when Tiffany said she hoped this would all be worked out by
then, I said I KNEW  it would be!!!

Since I don't need to actually fill out this form I didn't make it to the

I was able to fill out the online form with no trouble, until I got to the
signature. This part was extremely confusing and frustrating, at least for
me 

Each time I signed , when the signature didn't go through, I would get sent
back to the beginning of the document.   In my opinion, there are too many
ambiguous , and perhaps unnecessary steps with the signature process. 

I spoke with Tiffany about this. Actually had to call her twice, but the
second time I had her actually listen to what I was getting back, and at the
very least I think she acknowledged  that things can present quite
differently when you're relying on the info from your screen reader.  

 

Gonna go have some dark, dark chocolate now!

Fillable PDF didn't show as fillable for me? Did anyone else have that
problem?

Online version looked good to me though.
