Subject: [NFBO-Linn-benton] Corvallis city engineer

Hello everybody,

I am wondering if anybody remembers the name and has the contact information for the Corvallis city engineer we talked to in one of our meetings about the lighted intersections in Corvallis.

After an incident I had last Thursday, I would like to talk to him more about any updates on making the intersection at Kings and Harrison audible. For anybody who does not know, this intersection can get a little tricky with trying to hear the surge of traffic, well, even though I was going with the flow of traffic like I should’ve been, my guy dog and I almost got hit in the crosswalk by a car who was making a left on the Kings Boulevard. Although an audible signal would not have changed the situation, having the signal audible and knowing I am crossing it at the correct time, would definitely boost my confidence at this intersection.
