We can make suggested donations but not require payment for our educational
items.  They are fine with cookie braille if we keep it in a  personal-use
format.  The fee is $150 and I  believe that is a  good investment.
Perhaps, once again, we could get sponsors for the supplies and provide
advertising flyers in a  packet to go home with cookies and  post the
sponsors at the event?
