So, I was reading the state convention registration and was registering, and noticed a couple things that somebody might be able to clarify for me, or to just bring up

In regards to the hotel, it does say you need to pay at the hotel registration, so I’m not sure how this will work as the chapter is paying for half of a room rental. 

The question I do have, as they talked about the rooms, do we need to contact the hotel directly? And what does that mean if we want to room with somebody? Do we then have to choose that person from our chapter? I’m kind of confused on this.  Also, it said there were singles, doubles, triples, and quads.  I’m guessing they are just two queens or king beds in those rooms.
