Hi All,

 

Kirk, our state treasurer, clarifies some info for state convention:

 

The only thing that is different this year is Carla would like folks to
please make hotel reservations on our website for state convention. This is
instead of making them through the affiliate office as she has asked in
previous years. If any of our folks contact the hotel directly for
reservations, they will likely not get the rate Carla worked out with the
hotel in our contract. 

 

Any special requests, such as roommate should be made in the comments box at
the bottom of the registration page on our website. Caria will receive that
information.
