May I ask what kind of meat will be in a meat sauce? I’m allergic to pork and want to know if I’ll need to eat in advance.

Shawn and I will be there. We can bring a salad.  He said he can keep everything separate and just serve people what they want on it instead of mixing everything in one bowl.

Will be gluten free and stored in gluten free containers.  And he does have his food handler's card.
