Hi Kristen,

Shawn said he will do pizza. I plan on giving him my rice and desert anyways.

However, I cannot have pizza due to complications I had with my surgery in Jan. Carbs get stuck a lot in my throat and hurts. 

But also, if there is an option to just give me the teriyaki chicken (a la carte version, meaning sides or desert), then I can do that if it helps with meal count. 

We can talk more on Monday if you like.
