[NFBO-Linn-benton] STIF update

Hello folks,

 

The STIF decided this morning to NOT form a formal, accountable, transparent
work group for addressing the needs of people with disabilities in its
current and future funding projects .  

 

Instead, it directed staff to create a group to talk about operational
issues affecting people with disabilities in public transportation.  The
group is completely established at the whim of staff, has no reporting or
notice requirements, no membership requirements and no regular meeting
schedule.  

 

Regardless of the ridiculousness of this structure, we should have someone
be involved in the group.  Please let me know if you are interested.
