 wow! You all are making so much progress.

 Sorry that I missed the last meeting. I planned to attend but it happens during the busy dinner/starting to get ready for bed hour, so it sometimes slips my mind.

 I am planning to attend the meeting tomorrow.

 How can Simon and I help? We would prefer to help around the time of the event (basically during the event) and we can help with some cleanup at the end.
