  BEAM awards in October - not for NFB members to receive, just outside
folks/entities

a.	   Review of   Language from certificate:  

The NFB certificates from last year have the text "CERTIFICATE OF
APPRECIATION" followed by "This certificate is awarded to", then the
awardee's name and reason for the award, a "Nominated by" line with 1 - 2
names underneath, and then a line with Kristen Jocums' name and title
(Linn-Benton Chapter President). The last line is "Created for the NFB
Linn-Benton chapter by ViewPlus." Braille text is included as well.

b.	Proposed folks so far:
