[NFBO-Linn-benton] state convention deadlines and responsibilities

Hi All,

 

Please reach out to me if you would like Chapter assistance to attend state
convention by this Sunday, 9/28.  .  I know of the 5 folks discussed last
night, so if you were not at last night's meeting and you needfinancial
assistance or could provide a ride to someone, please let me know.

 

Each person is responsible for making their own convention and hotel
reservations this year.  The deadline for food reservations is October 3 and
the hotel reservation deadline is October 15.  

 

You can see from this that I need to know the count for assistance so the
individual registrants will be able to state what they are financially
responsible for when they register prior to 10/3.

 

Thank you very much for letting me know ASAP and no later than 9/28 if you
would like assistance!!!!
