Hi Kristen,

 

There was no comment area in the registration form., and no info about a gf
chicken ceasar salad choice or a place to inform them that I need a gf diet,
before or after the submit button.

Who should I contact? After all, if the chapter is paying, for my meals, we
should get our money's worth!  I'm really not all that choosey, I just need
a substantial gf choice.

Hi,

 

Regarding GF meal options for convention, there is a chicken ceasar  salad
option which they can make as a GF salad.  The chicken and beef dinner
options are both GF and it looks like they have 2 GF desserts.  If possible,
explain in the comment section at reservation that you are selecting the GF
chicken salad option.  I do not believe that was a clear choice when I
registered.
