About the Project

Greenbelt Land Trust, Benton County Health Department, and Disabled Hikers are collaborating to design a trail that is enjoyable and accessible for people of all abilities. We are gathering community input to understand what features make outdoor trails more accessible for people with disabilities.

 

Who We’re Hoping to Hear From

We invite feedback from people with disabilities—including those who are disabled, deaf, blind, neurodivergent, or chronically ill—as well as family members, caregivers, and those who work closely with these communities.

 

How will feedback inform the project? Community feedback will directly guide the trail’s sensory, accessible, and wayfinding features throughout the Owens Farm trail system.
