But we are still trying to find an acceptable date for this holiday party. Carolyn and I are happy to host, and the best time for us would be a Sunday evening. I already know of conflicts up to Jan 12. Is Jan 12 okay with everybody? Carolyn and I will be travelling from Jan 14 to Jan 26, so the next open Sunday for us would be Feb 2. Unless we want to combine this holiday with Independence Day, that is getting kind of late. Please chime in as to your availability on Jan 12.

Second topic that was raised in the last meeting was the possibility of having some or all our meetings in a room that permits us to have occasional guest speakers – on topics of local or general interest. I will check with Reynolds Law firm about rules for their meeting rooms. It would be good if others of you could investigate other possibilities.

Thanks!

John

Thanks.

John

John Gardner

President

541.754.4002 x 200

www.viewplus.com

PRIVILEGED AND CONFIDENTIAL: This message and any files transmitted with it may be proprietary and are intended solely for the use of the individual to whom they are addressed.
