[NFBO-Springfield] Proposed Amended Constitution

Good morning NFB of Ohio Springfield Chapter members. I hope you are all
having a great month and enjoyed last night's Presidential Release from
President Riccobonno.  I am writing this morning to send you the proposed
amended Chapter constitution. The amended language is indicated via bold
and underlined text while the deletions are indicated via strikethrough
text. The only change made is in Article IV - Officers and Their Duties.
This section has been amended to change the Chapter's elections from
December to October effective with the January 2022 election.

Please note that the Constitution requires that any proposed amendments to
it be circulated to the Chapter membership at least 10 days prior to voting
on it. This notice is intended to serve as that 10-day notice.

Please let Chapter President Debbie Baker know if you have any questions
regarding the amendment.
