Gina,

I will try to drop Pat off at 9AM for a couple hours.

For woofstock, we may have very little time since our daughter flies in that
day.

Maybe an hour at 8:30am may be all we can do.

Texas Roadhouse Community Event on Saturday, 9/13/25 from 9 a.m. for setup
to 5 p.m. and Wuffstock at Snyder park on Saturday, 9/20/25 from 8:30 a.m.
for setup until 2:00 p.m. Flyers are attached. We will need to bring all of
our own supplies.   

 

We need volunteers and ideas for a raffle item. Debbie gave a suggestion of
a solar charger that works for cell phones. Arlie gave a suggestion of an
Apple watch. If you are interested in volunteering, let us know by replying
to this email. Also, give your t-shirt size.

If you think of anything else we need, let me know. I'll soon be printing
flyers and meeting information to hand out. We have plenty of magnets,
stickers, and business cards to distribute.
