Subject: Wuffstock 2025

Good afternoon,

Thank you for supporting Wuffstock to be held this Saturday, September 20 from 9:30 am - 2:00 pm at the Snyder Park Gardens & Arboretum located at 1900 Snyder Park Drive. You can enter Snyder Park by way of SR 40, Bechtle Avenue or from Plum Street. Upon arrival please check in at the Wingert Tossey Pavilion and event staff will direct you to your booth space. A map of the area is attached.

To ensure a smooth and successful experience, please review the following event setup instructions carefully. Please park in the designated parking area near the entrance sign of Snyder Park Gardens and Arboretum. You may make a brief stop at your assigned booth space to unload. After unloading, please move your vehicle to the designated sponsor parking. Please exercise caution when driving through the garden area, as there are new sidewalks in place. Please refrain from driving or placing items on the sidewalks or surrounding areas that could potentially cause damage to the sidewalk or garden plantings.

Event Day Timeline

  *   Vendor Check-In & Setup Begins: [Time 8:15 -9:15 am)

  *   All Booths Must Be Set Up By: 9:30 am

  *   Event Open to Public: [Time, 9:30 am - 2:00 pm)

  *   Tear-Down Begins: [Time, 2:00 PM] (No early breakdowns, please

Wuffstock is an outdoor event. You will need to bring a table, tent/canopy and chairs with you. Tents must be securely anchored to withstand strong wind gusts. Electricity will not be available.

This is a rain or shine event. In the event of severe weather, updates will be communicated via email or phone. Please come prepared for sun, wind or light rain.

Wuffstock activities for the day will include a Pet Remembrance gathering which will be held from 9:30 am - 10:00 am at the Snyder Park Clubhouse patio and sponsored by Littleton & Rue Funeral Home. The Performance Dogs of Ohio present shows at 11:30 & 1:00 pm. Enjoy the Project Jericho Pup Portrait Station, a live music performance with Noah Back and have the opportunity to meet Marshall from Paw Patrol from 11:30 - 1:00 pm. Food trucks will be on site.
