Subject: Wuffstock Event

Good morning,

Thank you for your support for Wuffstock to be held this Saturday, September 12, from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at the Snyder Park Gardens & Arboretum, located at 1900 Snyder Park Drive. You can enter Snyder Park by way of SR 40, Bechtle Avenue or from Plum Street. Upon arrival, please check in at the Wingert Tossey Pavilion, where Park District staff will guide you to your designated booth location. A map of the area is attached for your reference.

You will receive a 12' x 12' booth space. Please note that you are responsible for bringing your own table, tent or canopy and chairs, if needed. Tents must be securely anchored to ensure stability to withstand strong wind conditions.

Please park in the designated parking area near the entrance sign of Snyder Park Gardens and Arboretum. You may make a brief stop at your assigned booth space to unload. After unloading, please move your vehicle to the designated sponsor parking. Please exercise caution when driving through the garden area, as there are new sidewalks in place. Please refrain from driving or placing items on the sidewalks or surrounding areas that could potentially cause damage to the sidewalk or garden plantings.

Event Day Schedule
Sponsor Check-In and Setup: 8:30 AM – 9:45 AM

All Booths Must Be Fully Set Up by 9:45 AM and Ready for Operation by 10:00 AM

Event Open to the Public: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Tear-Down and Cleanup: Starting at 2:00 PM (Please refrain from Early Dismantling)

This event will take place rain or shine. The forecast for Saturday currently looks good; however, any weather-related updates will be communicated via email or phone. Please come prepared for light rain, sun, and wind.

Wuffstock activities will feature two dog shows presented by The Performance Dogs of Ohio at 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM. Attendees can also visit the Project Jericho Pup Portrait Station and enjoy a live musical performance by Noah Back. A Pet Remembrance Celebration will take place at noon on the Snyder Park Clubhouse patio, followed by the Patriotic Pet Parade at 1:30 PM. Food trucks will be available on-site.

A reminder that all dogs must remain leashed during the event.

We are thankful to have you as a participant in Wuffstock 2026. Your support contributes significantly to making this event a memorable experience for the community. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Penny Dunbar
