Bonnie, 
Sorry I missed the meeting but we're traveling back from Fairbanks. 
Looks to me like Alaska hasn't changed the process of so-called online voting from what it was. While you may be able to vote online, you'll still have to download the ballot you voted, prin out the PDF ballot you downloaded, print out the Secracy Sleve, sign your ballot in the presence of someone 18 or older, put the ballot in the secracy sleve and send it to Elections office. If there were a way to truly accomplish voting online voting without the need to download, print, and send in my ballot, plus get a witness, I'd consider the online option. 
Did you fill out the form? Was it accessible?
