Greetings to All!

Hope this note finds you safe and well.  At the beginning of a new year, we
are excited to invite you to join us for our support groups, three each
month! We have made a slight change: the second, third and fourth
Wednesdays, still at 1:00 PM.
Topics and presentations for January are as follows:

*     January 13, Kevin Whitley talking about home safety. We will also have
time to hear what you want us to cover this year. The topics are wide open,
so come and share your ideas!

*     January 20, Presentation from ATLA, Assistive Technology of Alaska. If
you've heard that there are some cool things that people with vision loss
use to help them see things better, then you need to be on the phone to hear
just how you might acquire technology that will truly benefit your life.

*     January 27, although we aren't doing home visits currently, we
certainly can and want to share tips with you that will allow you to
personally be more independent. Join Bonnie Lucas as she presents a variety
of tips for every task and room in your house.
