[NFBofAlaska] Final Caucus information

Bonnie, I don't know what happened since I've received at least a dozen
emails today some of which were back and forth conversations, but I just
received this email dated last night for the caucus this morning.  I would
have participated if I received it this morning.  I have noticed that
messages through the membership program get delayed sometimes for some
reason; however, I haven't noticed any being delayed almost an entire day.
