[NFBofAlaska] Just ordered my rapid COVID test.

Hello Everyone,

 

If you have not heard, the government is giving every household in the US
four at home COVID tests. They are incredibly easy to order if you have any
kind of beginning skills for filling out forms with a screen reader. Here is
the link:

https://www.covidtests.gov/

They will not begin shipping them until the end of January but it will be
nice to have them on hand. It is sad that this didn't happen sooner but I
think many will be able to use them going forward. What I don't know is how
accessible the actual tests are. That, my friends, is a different can of
worms unfortunately. Guess we'll find out. Perhaps someone knows! Would love
to hear if you've had experience with them.
