This is very simple. You simply need to go to the link that is given in the
letter I sent last night to everyone. When you get there, if you click on
all the links everything will become clear. The letter is already written.
You may opt out of receiving emails about the progress, but you can still
send a letter. It asks for your address and email so that it can insert the
legislators who represent your district. This is important. I signed both
the letter for folks with disabilities and for military persons serving
outside the US. Good luck and if you need help, I can help you on my own
computer. Ask people you know if they have heard about this legislation and
share it with them if they have  not.
