Greetings Friends,

 

Happy, happy, it's May and we have some exciting support groups planned! We
hope you will join us either in person or on Zoom. . May 18th will not be on
Zoom but the others will. Sorry to anyone who attempted to join this past
month and could not. Technology and doing a live support group have
temporarily outsmarted me but we will be up and running on May 11, so please
join in! Remember, we begin promptly at 1:00. 

 

*         May 11, are you thinking of taking a trip this summer? Come join
us to talk about ways to travel through airports independently and safely. 

*         May 18, Join Elijah and Bonnie as we take a walk around Goose
Lake. Come join us at 12:30 with a sack lunch. This will be an excellent
time to bring your cane and put it through its paces. We will travel come
rain or shine so dress appropriately! The address is 2811 UAA Drive. 

*         May 25, Fitness apps including ways of using them to help you stay
fit. Even if you are not a stellar iPhone user, you are likely to find some
helpful hints to aid you as you work to grow older healthfully.
