Dear NFB Members and nonmembers alike,

 

This Saturday, at 1:00 is our monthly meeting and you are invited. The Zoom
link is below, but we are also meeting in person at the Alaska Center for
the Blind. We will be doing the following:

*         Listening to the presidential release from our National
Headquarters and pronounced by President Mark Riccobono. There is some cool
news this month you won't want to miss.

*         Discussion and hints about our upcoming convention, November 4th
and 5th, again, you won't want to miss it!

*         Information about the Braille Monitor and how reading it monthly
can help shape and expand our understanding of how blindness does not define
us. Through stories and discussions, it is clear that we truly can live the
lives we want!

*         Introduction of a monthly contest involving the Braille Monitor!
