Kelsy moved to accept minutes as amended to reflect corrected amounts of savings: $5000 in Savings and $2294 in checking

Katie has been removed from checking, next task is to add Kelsy to the account.

Bryce accepted Lead for Bell AcademyCoordinator for the state
Had started this in previous state but pandemic halted it. Excited to resume with us  in Alaska!
Requesting assistance of President Whitley to reach out out to Carol Anderson to confirm Bryce in this position as the Bell Academy Coordinator.
Bryce to fill out application for attending Bell Academy training.

Website: Bryce in need of registrar for our website to get into it.

Needs to communicate to go through a web address
Mentioned the need to set up an appointment with Erin Rodney.

Consider Google Meet? Need to look into pricing
Do we get a discount for Zoom as a nonprofit status potentially a 30% discount?

John Bergman at National helped set up Zoom.  It is roughly $150 a year.

Consider setting up PayPal to allow security and continuity

Kudos given to Bryce for jumping in and taking on many roles for the NDB of Alaska: Fundraising of Chili night in February,  webpage master, and Bell Academy coordinator.

Senator Sullivan office scheduled a talk on the NFB at the reception Tuesday night of Washington  Seminar at the Kennedy Center.

> It’s time to purchase tickets, reserve hotel rooms, and register online at NFB.org.

Motion: 
The NFB of Alaska Affiliate to provide $500 stipends to  attend for the 5 attendees above.
