[NFBofAlaska] Reminder White cane walk

Hello friends, , 

 

I hope this message finds you well. This is a friendly Reminder that the NFB
of AK will be hosting a white cane walk on  Saturday October 18th at
12:30pm. We will gather together at the transit center downtown at 618 H
Street and begin an empowered walk to the fifth Avenue mall. There we will
continue our inclusive and meaningful stride as we bring awareness to our
community. After we loop around the mall, a couple of times feel free to
join us in having lunch at Alaskan Burger and Brew just a few minutes from
the mall. Please note that you will pay for your individual meal. Remember
to dress appropriately for our four-block walk in mid-October. Looking
forward to seeing you there!
