How this works: This is 1099 independent contractor work, paid per completed test deliverable \u2014 not hourly, not on a fixed schedule. You set your own hours and testing process; we provide scope, files, and a reporting template. New contractors start with a
 short paid calibration assignment before joining the ongoing roster.</div>
