The Detroit People Mover System is accessible to elderly and disabled persons. (The Grand Circus Park station is currently accessible by stairway only.
Patrons requiring an elevator/escalator should access/exit the Broadway or Times Square Station.) 

Half-fare tokens are available to the elderly, disabled and Medicare cardholders. These patrons are also eligible to receive a 50% discount on the People
