Hi All,

First I want to thank all of you for your hard work both to keep Morehead
open, and to keep our funding for Newsline--Accessible Electronic
Information System for the Blind and Disabled.

The great news is that we are making progress. The good news is that we have
a little more time to make more progress. 

It is time to stop e-mailing and begin calling only. Attached is the DHHS
Conference Committee. Please try to call each one on the list. (There are
eleven conferees.) First call them and ask them to keep Governor Morehead
open. In another call ask them to continue funding for Accessible Electronic
Information Service for the Blind and Disabled. Please don't make one call
do for both. If we do this one of the issues will be lost in the shuffle.
That is why we need to keep them separated.

Thanks again for all you are doing to make our legislative efforts a
success.
