Hi,

     I just received word that Congressman Etheridge has joined as a
cosponsor of HR 734.  Please pass this great news along to our members, with
my thanks for their great work on this issue.  It might be easier to get
Congressman Watt now, since he is the only Democrat left that has not signed
on to this bill.  Jesse
