I worked for Herman during the eighties at DSB and he was a quiet leader whom I greatly admired.
    Of course he was a terrific Federation leader for our state Chapter.
    I'm thinking perhaps there should be some remembrance for him at our state convention.  We now have tremendous shoes to fill.
    Our hearts, hands and prayers go out to Penny.
