[Nfbofnc] Urgent legislative action needed

Congresswoman Virginia Foxx has sponsored Section 502 into bill H.R. 803.  Section 502 would downgrade the position of Commissioner of the Rehabilitation Services Administration to a directorship which means the position would have no power.  Please call Congresswoman Foxx's office at 202-225-2071.  H.R. to ask her to remove this section and to voice your opposition to it.  H. R. 803 will probably go to the House tomorrow so calls today are very important.
