NFB of NC:
Bill Waters died Friday. Many of us knew him when he worked for the
Division of Services for the Blind or was President of the Friends of the
Library for the Blind.
He will be missed.
I have had a bad year! All my mentors are gone now. Herman Gruber, Hazel
Staley, and now Bill Waters~!
Best
Gary Ray
