Dear Fellow federationists:

I just received word from Bob Bell's son Robby that Bob passed away this
morning at 8:30 a.m.  There are no funeral arrangements this early but I
will pass them along when they are announced. Please keep Doris, Robby and
the family as well as the Laurens Chapter members in your thoughts and
prayers.
