Seminars at Hadley Presents: Exploring the SAMNet Socializer

There have never been so many ways to keep in touch with friends and family with Skype, Twitter, Facebook, instant messaging and voice chat. But interfacing with all of these services can be a problem. Would you like to hear about how to use multiple social networking services from one simple interface? Would you be interested in learning more about SAMNet Socializer, which provides this single interface?

Join Seminars at Hadley as Ricky Enger, a member of the executive team of Serotek Corporation, discusses using SAMNet Socializer to post and read messages on Facebook and Twitter, use services like Windows Live Messenger and Yahoo Instant Messenger and chat with others via voice through Skype and SAMNet voice chat.

Larry Muffett, a member of Hadley’s Seminars team, will moderate this 60-minute seminar. A question and answer session will be included as part of the seminar.

Join Seminars at Hadley as Tom White, clinical director of the Veterans Legal Support Center & Clinic at The John Marshall Law School, and members of the Clinic staff, as they share insights on their mission and services.

Spring into Braille Reading Drawing

Read a minimum of 100 pages of one-sided braille to be entered into a prize drawing. Current and past Hadley students in all programs who read braille by touch or by sight are eligible to participate. The drawing is open to domestic and international students. The grand prize winner will receive a braille Scrabble game and a $50 gift certificate to The Braille Superstore. Four additional winners will each receive a $50 gift certificate to The Braille Superstore. All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
