Quote Status

Space has been reserved and is subject to availability at the time of
booking.  Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to modify and
amend this quote at any time.  Royal Caribbean International reserves the
right to increase its prices without prior notice.

  

Taxes, Fees and Port Expenses (in USD)

Taxes and Fees $79.52 per person

Royal Caribbean International shall be prepaid for all departure taxes,
custom fees, airport facility charges, and any and all other applicable fees
in effect at the time of sailing.  The Fees are subject to change without
notice.

 

Gratuities (in USD)

Gratuities are recommended to be prepaid for the group at the rate of $51.80
per person for the entire cruise.  This gratuity includes for the stateroom
steward, head waiter, waiter and assistant waiter.

 

Suite Gratuities (in USD)

Gratuities are recommended to be prepaid for the group at the rate of $63.80
per person for the entire cruise.  This gratuity includes for the stateroom
steward, head waiter, waiter and assistant waiter.

 

 

Complimentary Berth - Tour Conductor Credit

One (1) complimentary cruise-only berth will be provided for every eight (8)
staterooms based on two full-fare paying guests* per stateroom. The
complementary berth   guest will be responsible for the Processing Charges
of $100.00 and any applicable Air Add-ons, Government Taxes & Fees, Fuel
Supplement Charge and Gratuities. The complimentary berth will be allocated
in a category equal to the category in which there are the greatest numbers
of staterooms reserved for the Group. If there are more then one category
with the same amount of rooms, the one with the lesser value will be used.

 


In the future, prior to final payment we may offer promotional rates that
will not be applicable towards the 8 staterooms for the tour conductor
credit. At the time we finalize your group; we will review and advised you
what your group will qualify for.

Third and Fourth Guests

Triple and quadruple accommodations are subject to availability at time of
booking and are not guaranteed.

 

Fit to Travel Policy

If a pregnant guest has entered or will be entering their 24th week before
or during the cruise, they are NOT ABLE to travel. Guests who are pregnant
and under 23 weeks of pregnancy for the length of the cruise must have a fit
to travel note from their physician.---Guests with a disability are not
required to travel with another person as a condition for traveling on our
ships. However, our personnel are not required to perform personal tasks
(e.g. assisting with eating, dressing, toileting or lifting) and therefore,
guest requiring assistance with these functions should consider these needs
when making a booking. If there is a question regarding the guest's fitness
to travel without personal assistance, this must be discussed with our
Access Department.

 

Infant Policy

Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the first
day of the cruise and/or CruiseTour. For transatlantic, transpacific,
Hawaii, select South American and other selected cruises and/or CruiseTours,
the infant must be at least 12 months old as of the first day of the
cruise/CruiseTour. For the purposes of this policy, any cruise that has 3 or
more days consecutive at sea will require infants to be 12 months old on the
first day of the cruise/CruiseTour.

 

Single Occupancy

Single occupancy fares are 200%.  Royal Caribbean International reserves the
right to limit the number of single occupancy staterooms.

 

Student Groups

The Cruise Line does not accept student groups.  A student group is defined
as a group, of which fifty percent (50%) or more of the guests booked within
the large group are under the age of twenty-one (21).

 

Group Amenities Plus Program


As long as you book 8 or more staterooms, your group will qualify for gap.
We may have certain promotional pricing that will not qualify for this
amenity. This is due to the fact that the prices will be deeply discounted.
We will advise at the time of booking if GAP applies to that reservation.
Should there be price change prior to final payment we will advise if GAP is
applicable to new rate.
 

The points that you have earned for your group cruise are: 4 points

 

The amenity selected for this sailing is $50.00 onboard credit per
stateroom.

 

Payment Schedule for Interior, Ocean view, Standard Balcony, Triples, Quads,
and Suites 

Full deposits are due within 30 days of creation. 

Deposit of $200 per stateroom is due No later than 09/17/2015

 

 

Final Payments are due no later than 02/10/2016

 

 

Cancellation Charges

To avoid cancellation charge, a notice of cancellation must be received
prior to sailing as required in the below schedule.  Guests of Royal
Caribbean International are strongly recommended to purchase Cruise Care

Air Transportation

Please be advised that if the group purchases the air arrangements through
Royal Caribbean International there will be additional air taxes that are
not included in this quote.  Air taxes will vary by gateway and cannot be
determined until gateway information is known.

 

Cruise-Only Transfers

Transfers from the airport to the cruise port are available for purchase.
Please contact one of our Group Vacation Specialists for additional
information.

 

Meeting Space

The confirmation of function space is based upon the size of the Group at
the time it is confirmed.  Royal Caribbean Cruise Line reserves the right to
adjust the location and time of group functions (i.e. cocktail party,
meeting, trade show, hospitality suite, etc.) if the Group size changes.

Individual Expenses

The price of the Cruise includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation,
most meals, some non-alcoholic beverages and most entertainment onboard the
ship.  The Cruise price does not include air transportation (except as
noted); transfers (except as noted); optional shore and land excursions;
meals and accommodations ashore (except as noted); certain beverages;
photographs; gratuities; telephone calls; specialty restaurants onboard
certain vessels; purchase from the ship stores or items of a personal
nature, such as medical services, laundry, massages, spa treatments,
hairstyling or manicures.  Some of these items may be purchased separately.

Fuel Supplement Charge(s)

Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement
on all guests if the price of West Texas Intermediate fuel exceeds $65.00
per barrel.  The fuel supplement for 1st and 2nd guests would be no more
than $10 per guest per day, to a maximum of $140 per cruise; and for
additional guests would be no more that $5 per person per day, to a maximum
of $70 per cruise.

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HERE IN SHALL NOT BE VALID UNLESS THIS
AGREEMENT IS EXECUTED BY THE TRAVEL COMPANY AND RETURNED TO THE CRUISELINE,
ON OR BEFORE 08/28/2015.THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT BE BINDING UPON THE
CRUISELINE UNLESS AND UNTIL EXECUTED BY AN AUTHORIZED OFFICER OF THE
CRUISELINE.
