Email has been a highly-used channel for business communication for a long time now, but in reality, it is often poorly used. This can be frustrating for both the sender and the receiver of the message. Would you like to improve your communication skills by creating more effective email messages?

Join Seminars at Hadley as Larry Muffett, Hadley instructional technologist and adjunct instructor of Business Communications, discusses tips and techniques for crafting better email messages. Colleen Wunderlich, director of the Forsythe Center for Employment and Entrepreneurship, will moderate this 60-minute seminar. A question and answer session will be included as part of the seminar.
